Scarlett’s reps have confirmed it to People saying , “They’re both thrilled.”

Scarlett is expected to show off her new sparkler at  tonight’s Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala in New York. Sources say Scarlett is eager to “show off her rock” with her Dolce & Gabbana gown.

I can’t wait to see it either.
