It looks like the Friends star has been given a second chance at staring in a TV sitcom. Her very sexual and lack of interesting show Dirt didn’t pan out too well with TV audiences so lets hope this new show will.

Courtney has been working on a pilot for ABC called Cougar Town, which she stars as a hot 40-year-old mother who’s newly single. However, we will have to wait quit a while before we get to see this new comedy. It is set to be a candidate for the 2009-2010 schedule.

Looks like all your Underworld fans will no longer get to see the lovely Kate Beckinsale in those tight black leather outfits anymore. The actress has decided not to sign on to do anymore of the sequels to the franchise. It seems there are more movies in the works, at least according to Kate she thinks there are.

Kate had this to say about not signing on to do any more of the movies. Apparently, she doesn’t like playing the same character over and over again.

“I think they’re still going, they probably will. I’m not sure I will. I feel like I’ve played that character enough times that I don’t think I’d be excited to play the same character again. It’s a weird experience. I’ve never done that before, you’re playing the same character in two movies, and after two, I feel like I’m kind of done with that.”

I would absolutely love to know where the tabloids get their information from and how they can legally make up such untrue stories in their magazines. This week Star Magazine is claiming that Brad Pitt is getting hot and heavy with another actress on set of Inglourious Basterds.

And a so called source tells the magazine:

“Angie loves Brad and wants to trust him, but she also knows that their own love blossomed while working on a movie together. Now she’s convinced that Diane has a crush on Brad, and she’s scared something could happen.”

All I can say is yeah right. I don’t believe any of this for one minute.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale welcomed the birth of their second son two months ago and we have yet to see a picture of little Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. Well folks here he is, the newest member of the Rossdale clam. I will admit that the name they went with is a little out there well a lot out there, but little Zuma is as cute as he can be.

I wish I knew why celebrities insist on naming their children such off the wall names. Don’t they realize they will be made fun of big time once they start school.  Although I have thought that maybe they tell the public their child’s name is something total outrageous but really they have named them something normal as a protective thing. Then again I could be wrong.

It seems that the very talented Joaquin Phoenix has had enough of the acting world and wants to quit all together. I don’t know if I really believe him but him seemed pretty adamant about it when he spoke to Extra TV.

This is what Joaquin had to say:

“I want to take this opportunity… also to give you the exclusive and just talk a little bit about the fact that this will be my last performance as an actor… I’m not doing films anymore.”

It seems that Extra feels the same way I do about this and asked him if he was really serious about quiting acting.

“Yeah. I’m working on my music I’m done. I’ve been through that.”

Extra even went as far as to ask Joaquin’s spokesperson and they told them.

“That is what he told me.”

I really hate to hear this, but I’m am looking forward to his music he seems so dedicated too, because he sounded great in Walk the Line.

I personally think this is great news. Britney is by no means all better yet, she is still on the road to recovery. So I think it’s wonderful that the court thinks that her father should remain in control of her life and finances. I have a feeling if the judge didn’t order this Brit would be in the poor hours within a year and would probably fall back onto some bad habits. It seems that the pop star is pleased with the judges order and does not object to them, which is a good thing if you ask me.

Well Halloween is literally right around the corner and it seems some celebrities are willing to talk about what they are going to dress up as for Halloween. Well it seems that Jennifer Love Hewitt is going to dress up as the beautiful Angelina Jolie this Friday. One may wonder how you actually dress up as Angelina Jolie. It seems that Jennifer Love has all that worked out.

“We’re just gonna have lots of babies! And I’m going to look really sultry and really drop dead gorgeous.”

Jennifer also reveled that her fiance Ross McCall is going to dress up as Brad Pitt. I will admit I am very curious to how these two are going to pull this one off. I guess we will just have to wait to see some pictures.

It looks like Nicole Richie might really be considering adopting little Harlow a brother or sister. However, there seems to be one little problem with Nicole’s adoption idea, Joel may or may not be too keen on the idea. At least that is what Star Magazine is claiming anyways. Nicole is very interested in adopting a an orphan because she too was adopted at a young age.

An insider tells Star

“Nicole has been visiting Beyond Shelter in L.A two or three times a week and spends a couple of hours with homeless children. She loves being around them.”

And she also adds

“I don’t know how keen her boyfriend is on the idea. Still Nicole is determined.”

I think it is wonderful if Nicole wants to adopt. I just hope this adoption doesn’t come between her and Joel’s relationship for little Harlow’s sake.

Could Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finally be walking down the aisle?  Well I wouldn’t give your hopes up just yet, but I think that Brad and Angie might actually be thinking about getting married. And you’ll never believe who has convinced them too. It seems that a few of their children are starting to wonder why mommy and daddy are not married and Shrek and Fiona are. So who knows there might be a Jolie-Pitt wedding after all. I’m sure when they do finally decide to walk down the aisle that is will be nothing to fancy or big. But then again I could be wrong.

Well those rumors turned out to be just that. Jennifer Aniston’s people confirmed that she is not pregnant with John Mayer’s child. But it seems that OK! Magazine dug up a little dirt on Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer. It seems that Jen only agreed to get back together with John if he did one important thing. Keep his big mouth shut about their relationship.

An insider told OK! this:

“Months later, John would come back and beg Jen for a second chance.”

“She told him she wanted to get back together, too, but no more street-corner press conferences and blogging about her,” a Jen insider says. Desperate, John agreed.

I have to agree with Jen. I mean John we get it your snagged one of the prettiest women out there but there is no need to kiss and tell. Jennifer is a very private person, you should respect that.
