Johnny Depp Names One Of His Beaches After Heath Ledger
How can you not like Johnny Depp? I mean he just seems to get better looking with age he has a huge heart and is always giving to people. Not mention that he is very generous with his fans and he is just so humble about being as famous as he is. Johnny has admitted here recently that he can’t believe he is still getting roles in Hollywood and that he is gonna eat it up before no one will want him anymore. Which I have news for him, that will never happen!
Anyways Johnny has his own private island and he has named the several beaches on his Island after important people in his life. One after longtime girlfriend and mother of his children Vanessa Paradis, two after his children Jake and Rose and two after and his two mentors, Marlon Brando and Hunter S. Thompson. Johnny has just recently told Vanity Fair that he has dedicated a little piece of the beach to Heath Ledger. He calls it “Heath’s Place”
Johnny also tells the mag that his island is a way for him to get away from it all.
“It’s my way of trying to return to normalcy. Escapism is survival to me. I don’t think I’d ever seen any place so pure and beautiful. You can feel your pulse rate drop about 20 beats. It’s instant freedom. And that rare beast—simplicity—can be had.”
